INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g white bean pasta (shiroan0
  • 1-2 salted sakura blossoms (rinsed and finely chopped)
  • 1-2 tsp sakura sypup (optional, for strong flavor)
  • A drop of pink food coloring (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Rinse the salted sakura blossoms gently under water and pat dry
  2. Finely chop the blossoms
  3. Mix the white bean pasta with chopped sakura
  4. Add a little sakura syrup if you want a strong floral flavor
  5. Adjust sweetness if needed and chill before using as mochi filling
